Shaquille O’Neal Boldly Predicts That ‘Playoff P’ Will Redeem Himself In Game 5

Paul George has been struggling to find his rhythm in the Clippers’ first-round series against the Dallas Mavericks. The Clippers star is only averaging 15.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game on an absurd 29.0% shooting from the field so far this series.

With that being said, Shaquille O’Neal thinks ‘Playoff P’ will have a bounce back night in today’s Game 5. During Monday’s broadcast of ‘Inside the NBA on TNT’, the former Lakers big man also predicted that George will tally 27 points.

“Listen. I guarantee Playoff P getting 27 tomorrow.” O’Neal continued, “I guarantee it! I guarantee Playoff P is going off tomorrow.”

Kenny Smith also shared the same sentiment, and he further amplified O’Neal’s prediction, saying George is dropping 30 points against the Mavericks next game. However, co-host Charles Barkley stayed doubtful and hilariously made a jab to George’s nickname once again.

“Hey, I just wanna see a good game tomorrow. I told you, you can’t be giving yourself nicknames and going 3-for-72” Barkley responded.
