Anthony Edwards Receives Amazing Mural In His Hometown Of Atlanta

NBA star Anthony Edwards received a mural in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. The mural was unveiled at the AE 1 Homecoming event, which Edwards hosted to celebrate the release of his first signature shoe with Adidas.

The mural features Edwards’ face in the foreground, with his late mother and grandmother in the background. The mural was painted by local Atlanta artist Brandon Sadler.

Edwards was visibly emotional when he saw the mural for the first time.

“This is amazing,” Edwards said. “I can’t believe it. I’m so grateful to everyone who made this happen.“

Edwards’ mother and grandmother both passed away from cancer in 2015. The All-Star has said that they were his biggest supporters, and that he motivates himself to play for them every day.
