Year 18 And 36-Year Old LeBron James Continues To Break Records

LeBron James just turned 36-years old last December, yet he’s still able to dominate today’s young bucks and rising stars. At this point, it’s just irresistible to acknowledge the longevity and consistency that LeBron is showing in year 18.

4 Championship rings, 4 Finals MVP awards, 4 regular season MVP awards, 2 All-Star Game MVP awards, 2 Olympic gold medals, 16 All-Star Game nominations, 16 All NBA Teams, 5 All Defensive First Teams, and the Rookie of the Year Award.

But James is still hungry for more and is adding new records to his resume on the regular.

Just yesterday, in the Lakers’ loss against the Pistons, James, who ended the night with 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 10 assists made history once again:

“After making 3 threes tonight, LeBron James is up to 54 threes on the season, the most through the first 20 games of a season in his career and the most by any player through the first 20 games of the season in Lakers history. He passed Nick Van Exel, who made 53 in 1994-95.”
