Doc Rivers Calls Out Bucks For Lack Of Professionalism On Road Games: “Not Just Our Players But Our Travel Crew”

The Milwaukee Bucks are cruising in second place in the East with a 47-29 record, but their journey hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows. A closer look at their home and away splits reveals a clear difference.

Most of their success comes at home, boasting a strong 29-9 record. However, on the road, the story changes. The Bucks struggle away from Fiserv Forum, sitting at just 18-20.

Road games are naturally difficult. Travel fatigue, unfamiliar courts and hostile crowds all contribute to the challenge. But Bucks coach Doc Rivers identifies a different reason for their struggles. He says it’s because of the lack of professionalism and seriousness from the team on the road.

“I’ve actually been sitting back and watching everything. Not just our players but our travel crew, everything…We don’t bring the necessary professionalism, seriousness on the road.”
