Draymond Green Thinks The Los Angeles Clippers Are The Biggest Threat In The Western Conference

The Golden State Warriors are in great position for another title contention next season, but expect that things won’t be as easy for them considering the number of powerhouse teams hoping to bounce back from last season’s misfortunes.

One of which are the Los Angeles Clippers. The team missed Kawhi Leonard and only had Paul George for 31 games last season. That being said, it didn’t stop the team from getting past expectations, finishing the season with a 42-40 record without their two superstars for the most part.

Although they didn’t make the playoffs, there’s no doubt that the Clippers will be in a better form next season with a healthy Leonard and PG13, as well as the addition of former Washington Wizards star John Wall.

Taking that into account, Warriors defensive anchor Draymond Green acknowledged that the Clippers are the team that pose the biggest threat to them and the rest of the Western Conference.

“Ty Lue is arguably one of the best coaches in the NBA,” Draymond said. “Arguably the best. Someone can make that argument. And then they have great players. Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, the guys they’re filling in around them… That’s a real threat and a problem.”
