Chuck & Shaq Roasted Kendrick Perkins For Saying They Don’t Watch Basketball Consistently

Kendrick Perkins, a former NBA big man turned analyst, recently made a bold statement on the Michael Kay Show, questioning the dedication of Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal to watching basketball, particularly when it comes to the New York Knicks.

Perkins suggested that the two Hall of Famers only watch games when their network is broadcasting, casting doubt on their insights into the Knicks’ gameplay.

“It’s obvious they don’t watch basketball. I’m serious. They can’t watch basketball on a consistent basis. The only time they actually probably watch the Knicks is when they’re covering the Knicks on their game nights.”

This comment did not sit well with Barkley and O’Neal, who are known for their sharp wit and readiness to engage in banter.

The response from Barkley and O’Neal was swift and scorching. The duo roasted Perkins on national television, turning the tables.

O’Neal: “We don’t watch Knicks games…but I watched that game.”

Barkley: “…out here killing roaches…5 points a game gone call me out?”
