Adrian Wojnarowski Weighs In On The Prospects Of A LeBron-Bronny Pairing In The NBA

LeBron James has openly shared his dream of playing alongside his son, Bronny James. This has been a topic of much discussion among fans and the entire league for quite some time.

However, the possibility of them becoming teammates, or even Bronny entering the NBA, has become clouded recently. This is because Bronny, who was projected as a potential one-and-done prospect and an early first-round pick in the 2024 draft, is now expected to be drafted in the second round of the 2025 draft.

This shift in Bronny’s draft projections has sparked numerous discussions, leading many to question whether LeBron will still have the opportunity to play with his son on the same team.

Addressing these concerns, renowned NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski suggested that LeBron isn’t actively pushing for Bronny to join him on the same team, and wants Bronny to make his own decisions and chart his own path.

“The idea that he need to play with LeBron James, be on the same roster, play with him on the Lakers. … if it organically happens, LeBron would be head over heels excited to play with Bronny,” Wojnarowski said. “LeBron wants Bronny to be his own man. It will certainly be something as we get further into the spring, and he’s got a decision to make.”
