Former Celtics Guerschon Yabusele Fined In China For Not Raising Head During National Anthem
We’ve talked plenty about China and its policies this past summer, and you’ll likely know our point of view, so this story shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise.
After two seasons in the NBA, former Celtics’ first round pick, Guerschon Yabusele, plays in China now. Before a recent game, he inadvertently didn’t look at the Chinese flag, which apparently is mandatory. The Frenchman was fined 10,000 yuan by the CBA.
