Stephen A. Smith Got Fooled By A Fake Ballsack Sports Report And Quoted It On First Take

Twitter parody account Ballsack Sports has fooled numerous people in the last couple of months. Even some NBA personalities and Fox News were under its victims.

Now, Ballsack Sports has fooled another big-time NBA personality in Stephen A. Smith. Back in February, Ballsack Sports shared one of their fake stories, ‘revealing’ how Kyrie Irving talked trash to James Harden, while citing a fake Brooklyn Nets executive on the rift between the two stars. Ballsack ‘reported’:

“Kyrie beat James Harden 1 on 1 almost everyday in practice, and Kyrie was barely even in basketball shape. It demoralized Harden…the breaking point came when Kyrie called Harden ‘washed’ after completely locking him up in one scrimmage. An assistant had to break up the two as tempers flared, and the relationship spiraled downhill from there.”

Then, during this past Monday’s episode of First Take, Stephen A. used the fake Ballsack report as reference during a James Harden segment on the show.

“Especially when Kyrie looked him in the face according to reports and told him he’s washed up. He said that to him. That’s part of the reason they had a falling out in Brooklyn,”

This led to not only Ballsack Sports reacting to Smith’s mishap, but also to NBA Twitter having some fun with it, including Kevin Durant.

“Damn Steve. Got ya ass.”
