NBA Twitter Put Out The Tampering Jokes After Lakers Claimed Kostas Antetokounmpo
Yesterday, the Los Angeles Lakers claimed Giannis Antetokounmpo’s younger brother Kostas off the waivers, after the Dallas Mavericks waived him.
While Kostas likely won’t become a key player for the Lakers, many NBA fans saw the move as the first step in the Lakers’ plan to acquire Giannis Antetokounmpo, who will be an unrestricted free agent in 2021.
NBA Twitter went to work and put out plenty of tampering jokes. The internet remains undefeated.
