NBA Players Reacting To Jusuf Nurkic’s Gruesome Injury
Jusuf Nurkic played incredibly well last night, scoring 32 points while adding 16 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 blocks and 2 steals.
But then, the unthinkable happened and Nurkic suffered a horrific leg injury that may possibly be career ending (I won’t include footage of the injury).
Nurkic, who still is only 24-years old has been playing an amazing season, averaging 15.6 points, 10.4 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 72 games. This injury obviously also is a low blow to the entire Blazers organization. Losing a key player in the hard-fought Western Conference shortly before the start of the playoffs, might almost certainly result in a first round-exit (you know it is true).
