Mike D’Antoni Rants About James Harden Critics

Houston Rockets guard James Harden has been on an unbelievable scoring run this season. He has been out of his mind, putting up multiple 40 plus and 50 plus games, even registering a 61-point game at Madison Square Garden.

Last night, James Harden scored 30 points against the Lakers and has now scored 30 points or more in 32 consecutive games, passing Wilt Chamberlain for the second longest 30+ games streak in NBA history.

Chamberlain though still also holds the outright record with a streak of 65 30-point-plus games.

With the Rockets having had injury problems throughout the entire season, Harden’s one man show was necessary to keep them in playoff contention.
