LeBron James Throws Some More Shade At Kyrie Irving

The LeBron James and Kyrie Irving feud doesn’t seem to end.

Even though the two hugged it out after the season opener, James threw some more shade at Irving. The former teammates supposedly hadn’t talked ever since Kyrie requested a trade this past summer. Stephen A. Smith even claimed to have sources that LeBron wanted to ‘beat Kyrie’s ass’.

Now, Bleacher Report’s Howard Beck asked James about Isaiah Thomas’ nearing return from injury, to which James responded:

“It’s been a while since I’ve had that clear-cut guy who can get guys involved but also score at the same time.”

While Irving has only averaged more than six assists once in NBA career, Thomas isn’t a true point guard either. Last season, he averaged 5.9 assists per game and has never been known as a player who creates for others. Maybe LeBron is a little bit jealous of Kyrie Irving’s immediate success in Boston. Boston is on a 13 game win-streak and have the best record in the league, while the Cavaliers are currently ranked outside of the playoffs ranks.
