Kyrie Irving Directed A Nike Commercial And Included A Flat-Earth Joke

Duke University professors must’ve taught some faulty geography classes to Cleveland Cavaliers superstar Kyrie Irving.

Earlier this year, the four-time All-Star made public that he believes that the earth is flat.

In their ‘Road Trippin’ podcast, Jefferson and Frye first asked Irving if he believed in aliens. But, Irving didn’t care to answer about extra terrestrials as he curved the question and brought up if they believe Earth is round.

The Duke product’s explanation puzzled each and every listener, as well as his then teammates.

“This is not even a conspiracy theory,” Irving said. “The Earth is flat.”

Irving then blamed “particular groups” (that weren’t named) that persuade people to believe Earth is round, but is indeed flat.

“It’s right in front of our faces. I’m telling you, it’s right in front of our faces. They lie to us.

What I’ve been taught is that the earth is round. But if you really think about it from a landscape of the way we travel, the way we move and the fact that, can you really think of us rotating around the sun and all planets aligned, rotating in specific dates, being perpendicular with what’s going on with these planets?”

Now, Kyrie Irving directed a Nike commercial for the Kyrie 4s, and it includes a flat-Earth joke.
