Kyrie Irving Claps Back At Heckling Cavs Fan: “Got Y’all A Championship & You Motherf***ers Still Ungrateful”

After being ruled as ineligible, Kyrie Irving finally made his return for the Brooklyn Nets two weeks ago. The team decided that the 29-year old point guard will only be back for road games as he still hasn’t complied with New York’s vaccine mandates.

The team’s decision to bring back Irving did not develop without causing a stir. Many fans and basketball pundits have lobbied criticism as they believe that bringing back an unvaccinated player doesn’t help in dealing with the league’s COVID-19 problem.

The other night, when the Nets played against Kyrie Irving’s former team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Irving made 12-of-23 shots for 27 points, seven rebounds, nine assists, and a steal.

During the game however, Irving was heckled by a Cavs fan in the crowd. While Kyrie ignored the fan at first, he eventually decided to respond, after the fan antagonized Irving even more. The former number one pick called Cleveland fans ungrateful.

“Got y’all a championship, and you motherf***ers still ungratefull,”

We’ll get to see plenty more of Irving in these coming weeks, as the Nets’ next three games are on the road, as are 11 of their next 15 games.
