Glen Davis In Actual Legal Trouble After Being Caught Stealing A Fan’s Seat At Celtics Game Earlier This Month

Glen Davis has been very present in the media for all the wrong reasons in these past few years. Ever since retiring, Big Baby seems to be catching L after L.

Remember when Davis was caught on National TV trying to move to better seats during the Celtics Nets game earlier this month?

While it certainly had heaps of meme potential, it led to some serious problems for Davis. Him being in Boston at all, no matter in which seat, without the court’s permission was a violation of Big Baby’s bail terms.

Davis was one of 18 former NBA players that were arrested for defrauding the NBA’s Health and Welfare Benefit Plan last year. Following his unplanned national TV appearance the former NBA Champion was booked to appear on “Toucher & Rich”, a Boston Radio show. Davis though, had to cancel due to a court appearance that relates directly to him being in town.

“We were told the reason Big Baby couldn’t come in studio this morning is because he was in court. If [Heitner’s tweet] is true, the reason is because he violated his bail to sit on the court at the Celtics/Nets game.”
