Former NBA Player Ben McLemore Arrested On Multiple Horrific Charges

 

Former NBA player Ben McLemore was arrested on Tuesday and faces serious charges, including first-degree rape, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, and second-degree sexual abuse. The allegations stem from an incident in 2021, during his time playing for the Portland Trail Blazers.

McLemore, a former NBA lottery pick, played for several teams during his NBA career, including the Sacramento Kings, Memphis Grizzlies, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers, and the Portland Trail Blazers. He last appeared in an NBA game during the 2021-22 season with the Trail Blazers.

McLemore was arrested at the Portland airport on an outstanding warrant out of Clackamas County and was booked into the Clackamas County Jail. His arraignment is scheduled for today.
