The NBA has seen its fair share of legendary offensive players. So when discussing the greatest scorers of all time, everyone seems to have a different list. However, some take it a step further by including controversial names. Take former Milwaukee Bucks guard Brandon Jennings for instance.

Jennings enjoyed an 18-season career in the NBA. While he never made it to the All-Star level, he possessed a knack for putting points on the board. Having faced and played alongside numerous top scorers in the league, he undoubtedly has insight into the game’s top bucket-getters.

Recently appearing on the “Captain Jack Podcast,” Jennings was asked to share his own top five scorers of all time. While most names are familiar and undeniably great scorers, there’s one pick on his list that might raise some eyebrows.

“Top five scorers ever to pick up a basketball? Let’s go Michael Jordan, let’s go Kobe (Bryant), I like Kevin Durant, I like Michael Beasley… scoring just (a) bucket, Kyrie Irving,” Jennings said.
