Andre Iguodala Says Stephen Curry Has Solidified Himself As The Best Point Guard In NBA History

The Golden State Warriors defeated the Boston Celtics to close the NBA Finals in six games, winning their fourth NBA championship in eight years. Stephen Curry won the Finals MVP with averages of 31.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game on 48.2% shooting from the field.

With Curry and the Warriors securing another title, a number of basketball pundits have begun debating Curry’s place in the all-time hierarchy of NBA greats, especially now that he has four elusive NBA titles and a Finals MVP to speak for his legacy.

For veteran forward Andre Iguodala, this impressive feat puts Curry ahead of every point guard in the history of the NBA, specifically stating that the 34-year old Dubs superstar has solidified himself as the best point guard ever.

“I think he solidified himself as the best point guard of all time.” Iguodala said. “This one holds a lot of weight just because of all the shots each championship they threw at us.”
