Tyler Herro Lists Bali-Inspired Florida Compound For Nearly $12 Million

After his trade to the Milwaukee Bucks, Tyler Herro is ready to move on from one of South Florida’s most striking homes.

The NBA guard has listed his nearly one-acre estate in Pinecrest, an affluent village in Miami-Dade County, for $11.99 million. Herro purchased the property for $10.5 million in late 2022, a transaction that reportedly set a Pinecrest sales record at the time.

Completed in 2021, the roughly 9,000-square-foot residence draws inspiration from Bali’s tropical architecture. Walls of glass, towering ceilings, natural stone and wood elements create an open indoor-outdoor design that looks less like a traditional athlete’s mansion and more like a private luxury resort.

The eight-bedroom property also includes a chef’s kitchen, home theater, bar and an expansive primary suite with private elevator access. Outside, the estate features a swimming pool, spa and covered summer kitchen designed for year-round Florida living.

Herro is asking roughly $1.5 million more than he originally paid. Whether the house reaches that number remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: even by NBA real-estate standards, this is not a modest little starter home.

It is more Bali resort than Miami residence – and it can now be yours for just under $12 million.
