Derrick White Leaves No Doubt About His Moon Landing Stance

Derrick White has now made his position unmistakably clear. After recent chatter about his interest in conspiracy theories, the Boston Celtics guard said on a recent episode of his “White Noise” podcast that he does not believe the United States landed on the moon, even as he acknowledged some uncertainty in the way he framed it.

“I don’t think we did. I’m a non-moon landing guy. We probably did, but I don’t think we did… I have other conspiracies, but I don’t know if this is the right time to bring them up,” White said.

The comment landed with extra force because it followed an earlier moment in which Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla publicly hinted that White was the team’s resident conspiracy theorist.

White’s latest remarks removed any ambiguity and turned what had sounded like a running joke into a headline of its own.
