Toronto Raptor Terence Davis Was Arrested, Charged With Assaulting Of A Woman, Criminal Mischief

Toronto Raptors guard Terence Davis was arrested and has been charged on seven counts, including assault, harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief. Check it out.

While the New York Police Department does not make mug shots or arrest records public, department detective Denise Moroney confirmed the arrest.

A 20-year-old woman told the police that she went to visit her boyfriend, Davis, and that the two got into a verbal argument, leading to Davis hitting the woman in the face, hurting her eye in the process.

The woman’s son was reportedly standing next to her when Davis hit her, causing the son to fall. Then, Davis allegedly grabbed her phone and broke its screen, Detective Sophia Mason said in a statement.

This past season, Davis averaged 7.5 points for the Raptors, but since his contract for the next season is non-guaranteed, the Raptors don’t even need to release him, but only need to not pick up his option which is likely going to happen during free agency, following his arrest.
