That Foot Looks Healthy – Ben Simmons Showing Off Dunking Skills
No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 draft Ben Simmons hasn’t played an NBA game yet. He broke his foot during training camp.
But judging by the following footage, his foot looks more than healthy. Granted, there have been reports that he might play, around All Star Break, but after Joel Embiid went down with a season ending knee injury, the Sixers played it safe and also announced Simmons out for the season – rightfully so.
Prior to last night’s Sixers-Pacers game Ben Simmons was showing off his dunking skills, throwing himself some impressive alley-oops off the glass.
Let’s just hope he can stay healthy for the start of next season. He is an incredibly talented player and with fellow rookies Saric and Embiid, the Sixers may have been right to trust the process after all.
