Republican Candidate Mad About NBA Allowing Magic Johnson To Play With HIV But Not Kyrie Irving Without Vaccine

Kyrie Irving’s vaccination status continues to be one of the biggest storylines this season. The controversial Brooklyn Nets star chooses not to get vaccinated and now has to live with the consequences of that choice. 

Irving is ineligible to play home games due to New York City’s vaccine mandate. On top of that, per NBA’s mandate, Irving will not be paid for any games that he misses as a result of refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Nets then even revealed that they’ll sit Irving in all the other games as well. Additionally Kyrie won’t practice with the team until he’s eligible to play in every game.

This now led to one of the dumbest tweets in human history. Republican Candidate for Florida’s (of course) 24th Congressional District Lavern Spicer went viral after she voiced her concern with the NBA allowing Magic Johnson to play with HIV back in the day, but not allowing Kyrie Irving to play without getting the vaccine.
