Mark Cuban Says NBA’s Officiating Structure Is Antiquated & In Need Of A Change

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is not one to shy away from speaking his mind. Cuban has had clashes and fights with fans, the NBA front office, other franchises, players and mostly referees.

The Billionaire now criticized NBA referees once again by saying that due to modern NBA being players faster and more skilled than before, the NBA’s officiating structure is antiquated and in need of a change.

Via GQ:

“The biggest change has been the skill set of the players. They are far more skilled, more athletic, and faster. The game is night-and-day different. What still needs to change? Management of the officiating group. The names have changed. Nothing else has.”
