LeBron James Reportedly Blames Tristan Thompson & ‘The Kardashian Curse’ For Cavs’ Struggles

Back in October, LeBron reportedly told Tristan, that Khloe Kardashian wasn’t allowed around the Cavs team. (Check it out here: LeBron vs Kardashians)

“LeBron isn’t happy about the fact that Tristan is dating a Kardashian, having seen what it has done to the likes of the previous men that have been linked to the famous sisters. If there’s one thing that the Cavaliers don’t need right now, it would be an easy distraction, and Khloe Kardashian is definitely one of them, Lebron has allegedly stressed to the rest of his team.”

Now, after struggling troughout the whole month of March, having one of the worst defensive ratings in the entire league since the All Star break, and losing the top spot in the Eastern Conference, LeBron has renewed his worries about the ‘Kardahian Curse’, if we can believe and trust what various gossip pages report. Per ‘The Hollywood Gossip‘:

“LeBron actually joked and talked about the Kardashian curse being real. The Cavs are dodging Tristan now, everyone is superstitious that Khloe and the curse have something to do with their poor play.”

To be honest, I don’t believe this rumors are true. LeBron James is a player who doesn’t look for easy excuses, and whether you like the Khardashians or not, a curse is more than ridiculous and blaming them is not fair.

James and Thompson had a little in-game altercation last night. During a timeout, you could see the two yelling at each other.

But immediately after the game, LeBron personally and publically apologized to Tristan saying:

“I have to do a better job of not showing up my teammates out on the floor. I had the right intentions in my mind, but I had the wrong intentions come out of my mouth. I take full responsibility for that as the leader of the team. So I got to be a lot better at that and be able to keep that in-house in the locker room and when we’re watching film. I was a little bit too demonstrative at that point in the game, he worked hard for our team, he’s a big-time player … but the way it came out was — it didn’t look good on TV.”

Thompson and James not only share the same agent, they also have a close relationship off the court, spending time together off duty, too. One more reason that LeBron James wouldn’t blame Khloe or Tristan.
