James Johnson’s Awesome Hidden Talent

You probably know that Miami Heat’s James Johnson had himself a career year and was a huge part of the Heat’s amazing turnaround this past season.

What you don’t know is that Johnson has a second-degree black belt and is undefeated in MMA and kickboxing fights.

In an interview with the Palm Beach Post, Johnson now unveiled an awesome hidden talent of his – being able to roundhouse kick a ball that’s stuck between the backboard and rim.

Q: Can you really roundhouse kick a ball that’s stuck between the backboard and the rim?

James: “That’s a fact.”

Q: When was the last time you did it?

James: “The summer before last season.”

Q: So the last time you did it, you were with Toronto?

James: “And I was heavier. I still have everything I can do. It’s not like I lost anything. If anything, I’ve gained [more ability]. I lost weight. I’m stronger, more flexible. I might be able to get it easier now.”

Q: How old were you when you realized you could do this?

James: “Probably like 15, 16. That’s when I first knew I could do it. Then it was just something I could always do.”

Q: I heard you can also do a forward-flip running forward and a back-flip from a standing position …

James: “Yeah. That’s easy. They’ve all seen me do a back-flip.”

We definitely have to spam all of Johnson’s social media outlets until he shows us this incredible talent on video. I need to see this.
