The dynamic between Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith is unmatched, and you always have the feeling of watching four best friends talk about basketball while constantly making fun of each other.

In yesterday’s show, the gang decided to once again play a little prank on Charles Barkley during a show break. They slyly replaced his mug filled with his favorite drink, Diet Coke, with a mysterious drink and eagerly awaited his reaction.

The camera crew captured Barkley’s priceless expression when he realized that his beloved Diet Coke had been swapped, and everybody was laughing… everybody but Chuck.
