Barstool Sports Is Trying To Hire Paul Pierce With Dave Portnoy Doing The Recruiting Himself

As previously reported, former Celtics star Paul Pierce decided to share a wild party from his house with the world on Instagram live this past weekend. There were drugs and a ton of strippers, and most people already saw the inevitable coming.

And indeed, his bosses over at Disney didn’t feel that his actions are something they’d like to be associated with, so they released Pierce of all his ESPN duties.

Since Pierce basically is now unemployed, there have been plenty of job offers coming in for the Celtics legend. First, Porn site Cam Soda has reached out to him to offer a job, now, Barstool Sports founder and Pizza King, Dave Portnoy, has started to recruit him.

“Listen, Paul Pierce, I’m gonna make a run at Paul Pierce. I’m gonna make a run at his a**. I reached out. Contact has been made. He got fired from ESPN for having strippers and blunts in the background of a livestream. Whatever, I don’t give a f**k about that. We’d love to have him.”
