Jalen Brunson Leads Knicks Past 76ers In Game 3

The New York Knicks walked into Philadelphia and did what playoff teams dream of doing on the road: they absorbed the early noise, found their rhythm, and slowly turned the building into a place full of worried murmurs (aside from the cheers of the many, many Knicks fans).

New York beat the 76ers 108-94 in Game 3, behind another controlled, bruising Jalen Brunson performance. Brunson finished with 33 points and nine assists, playing like a man who had memorized every pressure point in Philadelphia’s defense and decided to press them one by one.

The Knicks won with grown-up playoff basketball. Mikal Bridges added 23 points, Landry Shamet gave them 15 on near-perfect shooting, Josh Hart grabbed 11 rebounds, and Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 12 boards and seven assists even on a quiet scoring night.

Philadelphia, meanwhile, never found the big offensive wave it needed. Kelly Oubre Jr. led the Sixers with 22 points, while Joel Embiid had 18 and Tyrese Maxey added 17. The Sixers shot just 31.3% from three, and once the Knicks took control in the second quarter, Philadelphia spent the rest of the night chasing a game that kept moving away from them.
