NBA veteran Reggie Bullock has taken his off-court vision to new heights with the creation of Bullock Island, a heart-shaped private island resort in Belize.

The project is featured in a full-length video tour on Will Mitchell’s YouTube channel, offering viewers an exclusive look at one of the most unique athlete-led real estate ventures in recent memory.

The video, titled “Exploring Reggie Bullock’s Private Island,” takes viewers on a guided tour of the five-acre island, which Bullock purchased for $2 million and has since transformed into a multi-use resort destination. The tour includes stops at the island’s main villa, beach club, bar, basketball court, and a sprawling mega-bedroom suite, all designed with a blend of Caribbean charm and modern luxury.

Bullock, who has played for multiple NBA teams including the Knicks, Mavericks, and Pistons, narrates parts of the video alongside Mitchell, a Belize-based real estate entrepreneur. He explains that the island is more than just a personal getaway, it’s a long-term investment and a tribute to his family.

“I didn’t want to just buy a mansion,” Bullock says in the video. “I wanted to build something that could create generational wealth and give back to the community.”

The island is being developed with eight rental villas, a restaurant, a spa, and event spaces designed to host weddings, retreats, and basketball camps. Bullock also discusses the logistical challenges of building on a remote island, including transporting materials by boat and securing environmental permits.

One of the most striking features is the full-size basketball court, which Bullock says will be used for youth clinics and private training sessions.
