The New York Knicks are on the brink of history, and their fans are making sure the world knows it. After securing a 121-113 victory over the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals, Knicks supporters poured into the streets outside Madison Square Garden, shutting down 7th Avenue in a celebration unlike any other.

The Knicks, fueled by Jalen Brunson’s 39-point masterpiece, took control of the game in the second half, outlasting the defending champions to take a 3-1 series lead.

As the final buzzer sounded, the energy inside Madison Square Garden spilled into the streets, where thousands of fans chanted, danced, and even held impromptu concerts outside the arena.

Videos circulating online show Seventh Avenue completely shut down, with Knicks fans waving flags, singing team chants, and celebrating their team’s best playoff run in over two decades.

Brunson was the star of the night, scoring 18 points in the third quarter alone, finishing with 39 points, 12 assists, and five rebounds. His leadership has been instrumental in the Knicks’ postseason success, as he now holds the record for most 35-point playoff games in the league since joining New York.

Meanwhile, the Celtics suffered a major blow, as Jayson Tatum exited the game late with a gruesome injury. Despite his 42-point effort, Boston now faces elimination heading into Game 5 at TD Garden.

With the Knicks just one win away from their first Eastern Conference Finals appearance since 2000, the city is buzzing with excitement.

Game 5 is set for Wednesday night, where New York will look to close out the series and continue their magical playoff run.

For now, though, 7th Avenue belongs to Knicks fans, who are celebrating like their team has already won it all.
