Marcus Jordan, son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, was arrested in Florida on Monday night on charges of driving under the influence and cocaine possession.

According to police reports, Jordan was arrested after he got his vehicle stuck on train tracks.

Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and noticed that he was slurring his words. A search of his vehicle turned up a small amount of cocaine. Police also learned the vehicle had allegedly just fled from a traffic stop.

The Maitland Police Department released body camera footage of the incident, in which Marcus Jordan even name-dropped his famous father.

“I’m Marcus Jordan, I’m Michael Jordan’s son,”

This didn’t help, as Jordan was taken into custody and booked on charges of DUI and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on bail Tuesday morning.

This is not Jordan’s first brush with the law. In 2012, he was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a fight broke out at a bar in Omaha, Nebraska.

Jordan is a former college basketball player who played for his father’s alma mater, the University of Central Florida. He is currently the owner of a sneaker store in Orlando, Florida.
