Warriors Coach Mike Brown Laughed Hard When Asked If He’d Buy LaVar’s Shoes For His Kids
Six straight wins. It has been smooth sailing so far for the Warriors in these playoffs. That gives them even more confidence and the time to joke around at times.
During the post game press conference after last night’s win in Game 2 against the Utah Jazz, Warriors coach Mike Brown was asked if he’d buy LaVar Ball’s $500 signature sneaker for his kids.
“Would you buy your kids a pair of shoes for $500 from an unproven NBA player after college?”
If you haven’t read about it yesterday, LaVar Ball revealed the first Big Baller Brand signature shoe! Starting at $495. Yes, you can buy like three LeBrons with that or a pair of Space Jams and Breds.
Mike Brown had the perfect reaction. He laughed hard, and then replied with a quick ‘no’ that sounded more like a ‘hell no, not even in a million years- no’, and I absolutely agree with him.
