Trae Young Is Paying $1 Million Worth Of Atlanta Residents’ Unpaid Medical Bills

Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young, was one of the most impressive rookies of these past couple of rookie classes. Even though many expected Young to have a lot of problems transitioning from college to the NBA, he was able to shine in his first year as an NBA player, averaging 19.1 points, 8.1 assists, and 3.7 rebounds per game.

Now, in his second season, he’s exceeded expectations even more and looks like one of the best point guards the league has seen in recent history. Young is averaging 29.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 8.5 assists per game – which is insane!

On top of Trae’s on court performances, he also is an MVP off the court. He just donated $1 million to the Atlanta sector of the non-profit organization RIP Medical Debt, that takes care of unpaid medical bills for low-income families across the country. You can’t praise this young man enough. He’s a great role model.
