At the start of the season, Kawhi Leonard had been the league’s best player and biggest star without a shoe deal (his Jordan Brand deal expired earlier this year), or signature shoe. Granted, he doesn’t seem to be the best marketable player, but hey, he’s a fun guy.
In their quest to re-establish themselves in the basketball world, New Balance now signed the Raptor to a deal.
This led to NBA Twitter reacting with jokes, due to Leonard being relatively introverted. It’s hilarious though…
