Everything You Need To Know From Last Night’s Games (11/8/2016)

 

– The Hawks ended the Cavs winning streak at the Q.

– The Cavs started extremely sluggish and their big second half from LeBron and Kyrie went to waste as the Hawks continued to hit timely shots and answered every time.

– The game looked finished as he Cavs were down 9 with half a minute left but big threes from Kyrie in the corner and LeBron on the wing made it a 1 possession game. Millsap then hit a runner in the lane and it seemed over again, before Kevin Love completed a huge three point play to cut the lead to 2 with 25.2 seconds left. The Cavs didn’t foul straight away and Bazemore iced the game with a baseline jumper.

– The Timberwolves continue to struggle as they fall to the Nets. Worrying signs for the young Minnesota outfit.

– Everyone scored for the Nets and Lopez had 26 in a big team effort.

– Marc Gasol hit a baseline out of play layup as the Grizzlies beat the Nuggets with 0.7 left to go to make a play. Heart break for Denver.

– Damian Lillard and CJ Mcollum combined for 71 points as the Trailblazers got the better of the Suns.

– Eric Bledsoe poured on 31 points as well as TJ Warren.

– It looked as though the Lakers would continue their winning streak before the Mavs dig deep behind Harrison Barnes’ 31 points.

– The Pelicans still can’t buy a win as the Kings and DeMarcus Cousins defeat them.

– He had 28 points, Davis had 34.
