Draymond Green Gets Honest On Bronny James: “Good Backup Point Guard”

Although a cardiac arrest and an underwhelming college season negatively affected Bronny James’ draft stock, it seems to be improving after a strong showing at the NBA Draft Combine where he showcased his skills.

While many fans and analysts think he still isn’t worthy of a first-round pick, many project him landing in the late second round. In fact, ESPN’s mock draft has him jumping from 98th to 54th after his NBA Draft Combine performance.

Many are still debating whether Bronny is NBA-ready. Four-time NBA champion Draymond Green has shared his take. Known for his strong opinions on basketball matters, Green is positive about Bronny and thinks he has the potential to become a good backup point guard.

“He has more than enough attributes and tools and things about him that will make him a good backup point guard, at least.”
