Chris Mullin Says Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, And Draymond Green Are The Best ‘Big 3’ Of All-Time

The Golden State Warriors just proved that they don’t need Kevin Durant to win another NBA title after beating the Boston Celtics in the 2022 NBA Finals, to hoist their fourth NBA championship in the span of eight years.

Many people counted the Warriors out before the season, but a dominant performance from Curry, as well as steady contributions from the likes of Andrew Wiggins and Jordan Poole for instance completely changed the narrative.

The Warriors are now featuring a healthy trio of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green – something that they missed in the 2020 and 2021 NBA seasons. In addition to this, the Warriors will finally have James Wiseman back in the lineup next season while keeping their other complimentary players.

Warriors legend Chris Mullin now even went as far as calling Curry, Green and Thompson the greatest ‘big three’ of all time.

“It’s one thing to like your teammate, respect your teammate, but when you have that in place and you need your teammate, that takes it to a whole other level. Draymond needs Steph and Klay’s shooting. Steph and Klay need Draymond’s passing and defense. Steph needs Klay’s size to guard. When you put that all together, you have the best trio of all time.”
