Bruce Brown Hints The Brooklyn Nets Could’ve Won The Championship If They Were Healthy

Although the Milwaukee Bucks sealed their fate by winning the 2021 NBA championship, plenty of fans have raised the question of whether the Bucks would have still gone to the NBA Finals if the Brooklyn Nets stayed healthy in the second-round of the playoffs.

The Nets were the favorites to win the Eastern Conference heading into the playoffs, and they sold it quite well when they dominated the Boston Celtics in the first round and went up 2-0 against the eventual champions in the following round. However, injuries to Kyrie Irving and James Harden pretty much determined the direction of their playoff campaign.

Now, Bruce Brown, a key role player for the Brooklyn Nets, remains confident that that their playoff campaign wouldn’t have ended the same way if the Nets had their best players healthy throughout the playoffs.

“I think we all know what would’ve happened last year if we were healthy.”
