Bradley Beal & His Girlfriend Call Out Zach Lowe For Lying To His Face

Bradley Beal has been playing for the Washington Wizards since the 2012-13 NBA season. Last year, the 26-year old shooting guard decided to sign a two-year, $72 million contract extension to continue his tenure with the team.

Beal was able to massively improve once again this season and averaged a career-high 30.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game on 45.5% shooting. The 26-year old guard was unquestionably having the best individual season of his career. Despite his amazing performances, he wasn’t named an All-Star, mainly because of the fact that he’s playing on a mediocre team. While he wasn’t named an All-Star, Beal is hoping to see his name on one of the three All-NBA teams this season.

During the hiatus, Beal was guest on Zach Lowe’s podcast. In this podcast, Lowe revealed to Beal that he had him on one of his three All-NBA teams. But when Lowe released his All-NBA votes yesterday, Beal wasn’t on the list, which caused Beal (and his girlfriend) to call out Lowe on Twitter:

Let’s see… y’all complain at players leaving and joining “superteams” … then turn around and penalize a player for staying loyal to a city and an organization going thru a rebuild. Oh the hypocrisy.
