Billy Donovan Goes Off On Grayson Allen For Dangerous Flagrant 2 Against Alex Caruso

During last night’s game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Chicago Bulls, Grayson Allen was back to his old habits.

Allen has always been know to be a dirty player that loses his mind regularly, dating way back to his days at Duke and even High School.

At Duke, he once kicked and tripped his opponent and when he got called for a technical foul, he went back to the bench, threw a huge and hilarious tantrum and had to be physically restrained by his coaches.

Well it didn’t go this far last night, but the attack was worse than a simple trip. Grayson Allen threw down Alex Caruso mid-air with no concern for his safety. He rightfully received a Flagrant II foul on the play, and chuckled as he was leaving the court.

After the game, Bulls head coach Billy Donovan went off on the polarizing Allen and you can totally understand where he’s coming from.

“It was really bad. It was really, really bad…

For Alex to be in the air like that for him to take him down like that, it could’ve ended his career. And he has a history of this. That to me was really dangerous, and I really hope the league takes a hard look at something like that because he could’ve really seriously hurt him.”
