Ben Simmons Has Purchased A $17.5 million L.A. Mansion

Ben Simmons is 24 years old, and to write him off this early in his career is unfair. However, as far as the Philadelphia 76ers are concerned, fans have wondered whether it’s time for the team to part ways with their former No.1 overall pick after his recent flameout in the 2021 NBA playoffs.

The All-Star played some extremely underwhelming Eastern Conference Semifinals, and was visibly hesitant to shoot or score the basketball. Through the seven games, Simmons averaged 9.9 points, 8.6 assists and 6.3 rebounds while shooting 33% from the free throw line – a performance bound to make him popular in many trade rumors going forth.

Adding to the already existing trade rumors around his persona, Simmons now purchased a $17.5 million Los Angeles mansion. The modern farmhouse is located in a gated Hidden Hills community and has two swimming pools, three kitchens, and 12,000 square feet of living space.
