Anthony Edwards’ Nickname For Mike Conley Accidentally Is Ambiguous & NSFW If You Speak French

The Minnesota Timberwolves have solidified themselves as one of the best teams in the NBA this season.

Last night, it was the Miami Heat, who fell victim of the hungry wolves, even though they were in front for almost 40 minutes in the game. At one point in the game, the Heat even led by as many as 17 points thanks to the return of Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro.

However, Minnesota owns the best record in the league for a reason and turned around a double-digit deficit for the seventh time this season.

Things are looking great in Minneapolis, and the team chemistry also appears to be more than great. Anthony Edwards even has given Mike Conley a new nickname. Due to his defensive tenacity (and because he ‘always looks like he’s ready to bite somebody’), Edwards is calling Conley ‘Bite Bite’, a nickname Conley does not acknowledge.

Maybe Conley doesn’t make use of his new nickname because he talked to Rudy Gobert? If so, the Frenchman may have explained that ‘Bite’ in French translates to ‘cock’.

While it’s unlikely that Edwards is aware of this, it makes it even more hilarious.
