Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha have quietly completed another major Bay Area real estate transaction, selling their expansive Atherton estate for $29.1 million.

Public records show the property at 28 Selby Lane was sold on May 5 in what was reportedly an off-market deal. The Currys had purchased the home through a company for $30 million in December 2020, meaning the final sale price came in $900,000 below what they originally paid before accounting for renovations, taxes or other ownership costs.

The residence spans approximately 17,761 square feet and sits on roughly 1.66 acres in Atherton, one of the Bay Area’s most exclusive residential communities. Property records list seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a guest house, swimming pool, wine cellar and extensive outdoor space.

The sale represents another significant move in the Currys’ Atherton real estate history. They previously owned another home in the town that was sold in 2021 for approximately $31.2 million before moving into the Selby Lane property.
