Mike Brown Says Jalen Brunson Makes Him Feel Like The Unwanted Uncle At The Barbecue

Mike Brown had one of the funniest moments yet on Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart’s Roommates Show, and it all started with one song.

After being put on the spot during the episode, Brown joked that Brunson made him feel like

“that uncle who gets invited to the barbecue that nobody wants to invite, but you got to invite him.”

It was Brown’s way of laughing at the situation after finding himself doing something Brunson has become famous for avoiding.

Brown pointed to Josh Hart enthusiastically joining him for yet another rendition of Who Let the Dogs Out?:

“Did you see how enthusiastic Josh was when he sang Who Let the Dogs Out? Did you see that?”

The implication was clear: Hart was all in, while Brunson has repeatedly tried to avoid singing the song himself, leaving Brown to become the latest target of the podcast’s running joke.

For Knicks fans, it was another glimpse into why the organization feels so connected. The head coach was willing to be the punchline, the players were enjoying every second of it, and Brunson somehow managed to dodge singing the song once again.
