Giannis Antetokounmpo is still a name that keeps popping up this offseason as many fans and basketball pundits alike continue to monitor how much longer he’ll stay loyal to the Milwaukee Bucks after another frustrating playoff run.
Things have quieted down recently, thanks in large part to the Bucks making strong offseason moves, most notably the acquisition of center Myles Turner. Still, the talk around Giannis hasn’t completely disappeared. One team that continues to be linked to the Bucks superstar is the New York Knicks.
The Knicks are never far from the conversation in moments like this, and Giannis even acknowledged to popular streamer iShowSpeed during a recent livestream that people have been trying to convince him to go to New York. That said, when asked by iShowSpeed about staying in Milwaukee, Giannis gave Bucks fans the response they were hoping for.
“Probably. We’ll see,” Antetokounmpo said. “I love Milwaukee.”
