The Indiana Pacers are now just one win away from their first NBA Finals appearance in 25 years, thanks to an unreal performance from their star guard Tyrese Haliburton.
In Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Haliburton delivered a 32-point, 15-assist, 12-rebound triple-double—without committing a single turnover—leading the Pacers to a 130-121 win over the New York Knicks.
From the opening tip, Haliburton was locked in. He dropped 15 points in the first quarter alone, setting the tone for what would become a historic night. His ability to control the pace, find teammates, and knock down clutch shots kept Indiana ahead throughout the game. By halftime, he was just two rebounds away from completing his triple-double.
What made his performance even more remarkable was his efficiency—zero turnovers while orchestrating the Pacers’ offense. No player in NBA history had ever recorded a 30-15-10 triple-double without a turnover in the playoffs before Haliburton.
While Haliburton was the star, Pascal Siakam played a crucial role, adding 30 points and hitting key shots down the stretch. Bennedict Mathurin provided a spark off the bench with 20 points, ensuring the Pacers had enough firepower to fend off New York’s late push.
New York fought hard, but their fourth-quarter execution let them down. Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 31 points, but he managed just one field goal in the final period. Despite shooting 39 free throws, the Knicks committed 17 turnovers, which proved costly.
Adding to their woes, Karl-Anthony Towns suffered a knee injury late in the game, leaving his status for Game 5 uncertain.
With the win, Indiana takes a 3-1 series lead, putting them on the brink of their first Finals appearance since 2000. Game 5 will be played at Madison Square Garden, where the Knicks will fight to keep their season alive.
