Svi Mykhailiuk About Why LeBron James Is So Great, Even In His Mid-30s: “Man Is A Machine”
At age 35, LeBron James continues to be a dominant force in the NBA. The Lakers superstar is already turning 36 this December, but his athleticism shows no significant signs of a falloff, and his performance in this year’s Finals justifies that.
While LeBron obviously is a physically gifted athlete, how he takes care of his body is ridiculously unmatched. It’s evident that it has been serving him well at this point of his career and allows him to stay at his apex for a little longer.
In a recent episode of the ‘Fubo Sports’ podcast, James’ former Los Angeles Lakers teammate Svi Mykhailiuk, who now plays for the Detroit Pistons, talked about what makes LeBron so great, even at his relatively old age.
“Last year being as a Laker, being a part of a team with LeBron, and it’s just how amazing it is to be a part of witnessing how good he is. Watching him before I got to college, just witnessing his greatness and how good he is and how much more he still got at his age. He is still producing at a really high level and man is a machine.
He’s the guy who learned every day, he’s trying to educate his teammates as well, but he learned a lot about other teams. During the season, I never see him not trying to learn. But he is still trying to figure out the ways to win. He watched every film every day.”
