Cleveland DMV With Perfect Idea To Keep People From Smiling

Let me start by saying that this probably isn’t needed anyways. Who the hell smiles in a DMV? You won’t smile when you finally get your picture taking after three hours of waiting. Then again, I’ve never been to a DMV in Cleveland, maybe things are different there (doubt it).

Anyways, in case you’re one of the few people who always (and I mean ALWAYS) have a smile on their face, this DMV in Cleveland has taped a photo of LeBron James on the camera in order to get the poeple to avoid smiling during their photos.
